Dr. Ruchi Shah is a board-certified optometrist with seven years of experience. She is passionate about ocular disease and practicing full-scope optometry. She treats each patient like her family with a caring, honest, holistic approach.

Dr. Shah graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2015. After graduating, she completed one year of residency at the West Haven VA in Connecticut, focusing on Ocular Disease, Low Vision and Traumatic Brain Injury. Dr. Shah has worked in medical ophthalmology practices, optical shops and academia.

Dr. Shah currently lives in Wicker Park with her husband and two sons. She enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, traveling and exploring Chicago with her little children. She is also the new owner of Norwood Park Eye Center! She is fully dedicated in her new role and focused whole-heartedly so her patients can have the best care and experience they deserve!
