Thank you for considering our practice for your healthcare needs. We appreciate your trust in us.
However, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be accepting Davis Vision Insurance as of July 1st, 2024. This decision was not made lightly, but we have found that the reimbursement rates and coverage provided by this insurance company are no longer sustainable for our practice.
Despite our efforts to negotiate better terms, we have been unable to come to a mutually beneficial agreement. As a result, we are forced to make this difficult decision to ensure the financial viability of our practice and continue providing the high-quality care you deserve. Please note, we will continue to provide exceptional care under your medical insurance. As medical providers, we may bill your routine eye exam under your medical insurance. Glasses and contact lens prescriptions are not covered by your medical insurance but can be billed as an out-of-network procedure.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we are happy to assist you in exploring alternative insurance options or discussing payment plans. Please contact us if you would like a quote for the expected out of pocket costs for your vision care needs and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
